Anyway this is the way I see the deals going. They have 40+ M in cap space or 43+ M if you add in TA's money You add AD's 7 M or so to that and it's 50+ M.
This group will cost anywhere from 8-10 M or more: Sullivan, McQuaide, Robey-Coleman, Tyrunn Walker, Matt Longacre, Troy Hill, Malcolm Brown. And of course that's not even all of their 2nd tier FAs (UFAs, RFAs, ERFAs)...just my guess about the priorities.
The draft cap will be what...around 5-6 M? Don't know, just guessing.
So let's then say another 34-36 M for Donald, Joyner, and Watkins
if they sign all 3.
That's anywhere from 47-52 M right there.
Who knows about Barron or Quinn yet. They could get one high-market FA and maybe a couple of minor ones out of all that IF they cut both.
