exactly...I don't see Jackson making it another year without showing significant improvement. Landing Cousins would be the quickest way to do so. It's not like he is some aging vet, he is still very young.... they have the most money to spend in the NFL, might as well use it.

I don't think that would work for them. I think Bradford has all the talent in the world but as a FA signing this year, it would be a huge downer for Cleveland. It's one thing for them to go out and get the top FA QB but it would be just settling(and risky) to go after Bradford.
I really don't have a strong feeling about what they'll do. First, they're the Browns with a new management team. Second, in this day and age of rookie QB's playing right away and having personal and team success, I think the old rules don't really apply. So, I can see them go after Cousins just as easily as I could see them draft their QBOTF.
