How about they need to quit effin around and take a QB at 1 overall. Then take BPA at 4 overall. More picks doesn't help bad teams. They have a new GM however, who thankfully for Browns fans is no Sashi Brown and will probably get it right.
They have the money to pay a QB who is ready to go right now and has proven he can play, use the 1and 4 pick for the best offense player in the draft, Saquon Barkley and use number 4 pick on best defensive player in the draft, Minkah Fitzpatrick
They have $110,000,000 in cap space....use it!!!
The problem will be trying to convince Kirk to come there...
