Rams43
I’m seeing multiple open receivers in most of these stills. Frequently even three. Fairly common in a McVay O scheme. So, Watkins is hardly the only one.
Then there’s the youth factor with Goff, especially a new O with a new playcaller. He isn’t “there” quite yet, but one has to love his trajectory.
Last year McVay was keeping it simple. See open receiver, then throw the danged ball. Hard to argue with the overall results.
Both Goff and McVay will keep getting better at this. With or without Watkins, I might add.
Nice post 43. I couldn't agree more. I also see other open WR's in most of these stills.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
