Nothing personal. Seems like a decent human being. It's a privilege to be able to coach in the NFL. Not many get a single chance, let alone multiple chances. It's hard work but they're all millionaires and can have a career many times longer than any player. It's a business. You're paid to win. Fair or unfair or obstacles or no - it comes down to wins and losses. He didn't do the job he was paid to do so he's gone. Not sure why this stuff has to be sentimental. Many people in this world have to deal with far more obstacles and make far less money for anyone to worry about a professional football coach.
