I would have called that a fumble. So as I see it...if it's a fumble, it's a TD since he broke the plain.
The Dez Bryant play is another example of what needs to be fixed. Granted, I guess one could argue that what he did was during the catch but to me, he caught the ball with two hands, secured it, transferred it and then stretched trying to make a play. But once he transferred it from two hands to one, the catch was made, regardless if he fumbled it while stretching.
