1. The gameday roster size. Why can't it be 50 or 53? More guys should dress especially with new concussion protocols and Thursday night football. It's ridiculous that only, what is it - 46 guys dress. It's a way for the owners to withhold game checks from back-ups.
2. The wage disparity. Talk about haves and have nots - you have a handful of players on each team making a large percent of the cap and most of the rest of the guys making close to minimums.
3. Goodell as judge, jury, and executioner. As Brady and Zeke found out the hard way - they signed over this power to Roger willingly. You mean they didn't read the part below the line about how much money they might make? Whaaat?
4. Unfortunately, the changes in the CBA generally effect players that aren't even in the league yet, or are under rookie contracts still. There's a time delay to it so that a lot of the guys who represented the players in the previous CBA are already gone or on their way out.
The negotiated agreements always sound good to the players in theory, but the consequences come back to bite them later. That is a leadership failure.
