Yeah we just see it different. Obviously with this many people on a fan message board you're going to have varying opinions.
I pay Tru and I pay Sammy...They are proven guys. Trumaine might not be a "shutdown" guy but don't fool yourself he's a damn good player
With Webster damaged goods and most likely gone..its almost a no brainer to bring your #1 guy back.
I also think Tru is respected far more by his coach's and teammates than he is by the fans here.
The guy was named a team Captain playing on a 1 year tag... he's respected.
I have similar feelings about Sammy...Iv'e been reading here for so long "Rams need weapons... Rams need to sign or draft a receiver" we finally get a stable that contribute to being the highest scoring offense in the league and people want to cast off a 24 year old stud and think that "maybe" Reynolds or Thomas can fill his shoes.
Also imo if EJ Gaines is the solution to replace Tru we are going to get our @#$%& lit next year

Not for me I keep the guys that I know can play.
Donald is under contract ...Stan needs to have a chat and let him know he needs to be a good soldier for another season and the following year he will be made the highest paid defensive player in the league.
All these are just my opinions and I respect yours. It would be fair to say I think Tru is better than you think he is and you think EJ is way better than I think he is. One thing for sure it will be an interesting off season
