Dunno if he's even available... but I'd take him in a heartbeat, maybe even to 2-3 year deal. He's proven he can play --but probably isn't a serious candidate for a starting position any longer. And his intelligence could only enhance the QB pool, kinda like an extra QB coach on the sideline. He's good enough to win with if Goff went down.
Mannion may be good... or he may not be. We fans just aren't in a position to know. Here's hoping McVay & Co. do know and will make the right move.
