Nagy and McDaniels are those type of hires, but Just don't have the "it" factor nor the energy that McVay brings.

Except radio guys talking about it does not make it a real league thing. That is. them saying teams want that does not make that a reality about what teams want. That's just radio guys speculating. Now if someone says "from what I have directly heard, people in the league are saying XYZ" then it might mean something.
And btw McDaniels does not meet the description. He's a 41 year old former head coach. Nagy who is closer to the description is 39. But that's not unique. The Eagles hired Dick Vermeil at 40. The Steelers hired Noll at 37. Dallas hired Landry at 36. The Browns hired Bellichick at 39. Oakland hired Shanahan the 1st at 36. The Steelers hired Tomlin at 35. Etc,. I could go on.
BTW in this thread Sun Tsu provided some evidence that the Bears themselves were talking that way.

If you listened to Sirius you would know what I'm talking about..... These guys on Sirius like Kirwan, Brandt, Marvez, etc are very connected to what team are saying.
I used Nagy and McDaniels as examples of young offensive minded coaches.....none of them compare to McVay, but they might be the closest thing they can find to it.
No the fact that they are sometimes connected does not mean they ARE connected on THIS issue unless they directly say that's what the league is saying.
And Nagy is even closer to the guys I listed in terms of his age: Noll, Landry, Tomlin, Vermeil, Shanahan, etc .There's just nothing new in that.
McD is absolutely not like that because he is a former head coach and has been the coordinator of more than 1 team. The thing about McV is not just his age, it's his relative lack of experience. What that means is that the Rams took a leap of faith with him--basically, not only was he 31, he had only been a coordinator for 3 years. In that respect Nagy does come closest to meeting the description (just not in terms of age)...and of course we already have evidence that the TEAM was talking that way about him, so it was not just media guys speculating.
