And there's an excellent book called Talent is Overrated and another called Outliers that looks in detail at the myth of talent and how so many great people who were just flat out more dedicated than their peers.
I'm no saying you don't need talent, but in and of itself it's not enough.
McVay is a student, he's always looking to learn (unlike Fisher). He admittedly would steal lots of plays he'd seen other teams use.
McVay is mart and he's open-minded and doesn't think he has all the answers, he's also humble.
He has learned his skill, he wasn't born with it.
There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
