I view the Rams' W/L record as Snead's record in part. For five years they were bad or mediocre. There have been some standout picks, but haven't there also been some busts? Isn't that then just average at best?
When you ask, "confident" I have to wonder "confident" in what? More average performance? Okay.
But I think you are asking, "Do we think now that Snead is free of Fisher, that he is going to get us a bunch of great picks?" My answer is "no." Average, yes, but not great. One year in is too small a sample size. Personally, I would have preferred that they fired Snead along with Fisher. He never struck me as being top, or near the top, of his class.
Now, I hope that Snead proves me wrong.
Certainly all of us Rams' fans can celebrate this great season and give Snead some of the credit.
