Quinn had his best year rushing the passer but they ranked him pretty low in run defense and coverage which are both situations he was put in more this year as an OLB in Wade's D.
Overall, it's not unreasonable to say he was worse this year. What obviously was better was his health and the amount of snaps he played but that's not part of their rankings.
