I think defensively the personnel changes were pretty modest last year but offensively switching out the two most critical OL starters plus dumping their top 3 WRs all at once was a big move.
I'm not against taking a LT at #23 if it shakes out that there is someone there really worth taking. But it's definitely not my preference. Especially without a 2nd round pick. I would much rather upgrade the 3rd OT spot from Williams so there is better depth and then dive in for a LT in the 1st or 2nd round of 2019.
