What frustrates me with Goff so far is crunch time and how bad he was in the hurry up offense. Some of that was McVay's fault. That doesn't change that I love McVay, but he needs to let go and see if Goff and run the show late in the game.
Moving forward, I want whatever it takes to win a game....anything that gives us a chance to win every game. If that means Coach McVay is in his ear telling him what to look for and where to look....I am good with that. Even if it is late in every game, I don't see it as a problem.
I think Jared is going to develop into a very good QB he has the tools necessary, he just needs to hone the skills. All QB's have to do this, Marino, Manning, Elway....etc.
