Ajayi coughed one up early but just like Gurley was last week, he's gashing them in the running game. If Philly's smart, they'll keep it up and wear down that Atlanta D. The Falcons aren't going to run away with it on the scoreboard so Philly should be able to lean on the running game.
This is a big lesson learned game for McVay.
Yes, it
should have been a big lesson leaned game for McVay, but will it? I'm thinking we probably won't see much change next season. And the reason I'm saying that is because McVay's failure to commit to the run prevailed throughout this past season. It was something talked about here on a weekly basis. I wouldn't be surprised if a year from now, we're having this same conversation only with a bit more exasperation and frustration. If McVay has a weakness, this may be it.
