Instead of doing the "normal" and hiring a retread HC.........The Rams had the guts to do what they felt was the right thing to do.
They gave a 31 year old football coach a chance to change the future of the entire franchise. They listened to his ideas, they listened to former players and coaches.........Then, by thinking outside the box, they went with "The Kid" McVay.........and by doing that.....The Rams hit a HR.
McVay hire has been a dream come true my fellow Ram Fans........We have a WINNER at the helm, and now it's full steam ahead!!!!
