The WR unit is seriously lacking in depth. Though he hasn't set the world on fire this year - think Reynolds or Thomas or Austin could every catch one of those 5 yard end zone slants in heavy traffic?
Tavon looked terrible as usual. Reynolds is a rookie so he gets a bit of a pass but he really hasn't shown much this year. His game on Sunday was up and down. Thomas shows a few flashes - but mostly as a competent back up. Don't think he's started material - and may never be.
We have 3 really good options in Watkins, Woods, and Kupp. It may take a couple of years to get the TE position to where McVay wants it so we'll need Watkins next year.
