I don't think his purpose is to find the faults, but rather to explain the little things that makes Goff exceptional.
I disagree about the "holding onto the ball too long" stuff. Sometimes, unless you're a running QB, that's just the luck of the draw; sometimes you have to let the routes develop. Too many QBs bug out before holding that ball long enough and big plays are missed. The nuance of exactly when to hold on an extra beat and when NOT do that is gained over time and experience.
Now SECURING the ball when you're holding it a long time is a different issue. And he most definitely needs to get better at that. But I don't care who is QB, strip sacks happen to them too.
The other thing Goff needs to work on is accuracy when rolling out and/or scrambling. I think there's a technique for that, which can be developed. But his money will be made from throwing from the pocket; not scrambling.
