Until Goff is deemed ready to have the reigns

McVay will be the one holding him back. Goff is very capable passer and can sling with the best. Goff needs to continue to progress to where he can master a system that did not exist last year.

Let’s get real. Goff is like a talented boxer being coached to work on his defense in a fight and told when to go for it. This may not make for the most entertaining matches having us anxious for the punches to fly but the trainer is peeking at the future and fans are watching the fight.

I saw. Movie on Amazon Prime called Remember the Goal. Very good watch and story.
