I hear ya. Those missed sacks killed me. Had Case wrapped up on that one play and it was a whiff by 2 players. I was invisioning a 3-4 sack game and it did not happen.
I do agree that if Kupp did not fumble on the 1 yrd line , it is a different game, but out D let us down. Too many big plays and penalties.
I don’t agree that our D let us down, Illini. Rather, I think that that’s too strong.

There was plenty of blame to go around, no doubt. But I think the O and McVay’s playcalling should get the lion’s share.
