I think philosophically McVay has not been one to take path of resistance. He is an offensive tactician and so it is determined on what he thinks had a higher probability of success and a desire to minimize negative plays etc.
The physicallity of each style is really not to be defined by what you can't do but how well you execute what you want to do. There is physicallity in the execution of each and a certain discipline that is demanded.
The west coast system can be applied in so many ways but running is not as much our achilles as is patience. We could dink it like Vikes and Eagle due thwn countering with opportunistic plays.
This is a new year and system and a growing period. It is too early to define what we are only to talk about what we seem to want to do or not. Its called an identity and that usually takes longer to establish and to master
