A long, long flight but a good time of the year to go there (summer). Make sure you stay on the left side of the roads. And if your renting a car you will soon discover that everything is backwards. Stay away from the Kangeroos. They are big rats who will attack you if you have any food nearby ( personal experience).

Other than that have a great time and we will keep the lights on.

All good info I had no idea of! My wife wants to (one day) go there. She heard a couple talking about this this summer when we were in Maui, they were from Australia. Wifey wants to go to Maui "for a week" then on to Australia! Seems like a fun idea but will probably save it for retirement God-willing because will need 3 weeks at least to pull it off AND return to normalcy back here in PA.

From what you say it doesn't seem like I will be driving if we go...have a heard enough time staying on the right side of things here!!!

Thanks for the tips, I may be checking back on this down the road!

R.I.P. Nelson aka TonyHunter87 1971 - 2017 far too soon..

Your last words to me: "Your a great guy RFIP. I was very sad when you left the board, and your son, but was glad to see you back. Take care my friend, may God be by your side." 09/09/2017 12:58AM

No Nelson, you were a far better man than I, and I am sure an awesome husband and father as well. I will miss you my friend. -RFIP
