Which raises a question.

There are way more college games every weekend than there are NFL games.

Which means they need way more officials. Officials who do not get the prestige of working at the highest level of the game.

And yet, the college officiating, to my eyes at least, is not inferior to NFL officiating. It might even be better.

How is it that the NFL is not able to find the best of the best and to have superior officials to the hundreds that work at the college level?

Not to mention that I've been watching some of the same guys out there for decades, some of whom make me groan when I realize they're doing a Ram game.

The replay official in NY is killing this game.

I agree. The replay is WAY over used and relied upon.
