You're free to believe whatever you want but it doesn't make it fact.
As fans of the team we want all picks and FAs to be wins but in the real world it doesn't work that way. Snead, I think, has done a pretty good job overall. I would like to think that if we had McVay as our HC the last 5 years instead of Fisher and we made the exact same picks over that time, we would have done better in the win/loss column. That of course can't be proven, but I think it has some logic to it.
