McVay knows what he is doing. McVay kept Snead because he didn't want to rock the boat. Snead brings nothing, never has, which he proved over and over again in his five years with Fisher.
Going to disagree a bit here because IMO, if McVay and Snead did not get along, Snead would have been history, but Snead is affable, which might be his best quality and McVay even stated, he is not a personnel guy, he's a football coach. IMO, Snead was somewhat handcuffed by Fisher, who had total autonomy and you can't debate the Ram success on UDRFA's and that has been all Snead, plus whatever the hierarchy is, they got this draft right and hopefully moving forward success will continue, but again JMHO, I believe Snead had some part in that.
