OL downfield

So I remember a few years back when Saffold was first put at guard and how for the first time in a long time we had a interior lineman blocking in the second level.

This year it seems to be a huge emphasis and it is awesome to see big ole linemen so far down field blocking on so many plays. How often do you remember seeing a Rams OLineman in the end zone during a TD from over 10 yards out?

It isn't just the OL either, the WRs seem to be blocking way better. It really is a team effort and that is really helping the offense.

The improved pass protection is obvious and has been noted, but the constant blocking down field is impressive and energizing and springing guys for large gains and TDs!
