He was also optimistic he'd be ready start of this season.... Throwing shoulder issues are not something you want to hear about when it comes to your franchise QB.
If I'm sitting high enough to take one of best QB's I'm taking him.... Then build the o-line.
I remember the Rams passing up on QB's cuz they were optimistic about Bradford being fine.....didn't work out too well for Fisher.
