Jackson clearly a Peter Principle victim

Hue Jackson is a fine OC.
He's just not a good HC or talent evaluator.

We see this year after year. OCs or DCs who are good in their positions are promoted to HC's and they fail. That's because they are two entirely different jobs requiring entirely different skill sets.

Maybe in another year ol' Hue will get canned and he can go to work for a sane organization and get back to being what he is: a good and valuable OC.
