Right now, the Rams don't have much of a home field advantage. Based on the Seahawks game, when they had to go to a silent count on the last drive, they've got a disadvantage at home.
The Cards have a long way to travel too and their older bodies won't handle the time change so well. The Rams were in London last year, so they have more experience with the trip.
All things considered, I think the Rams have the edge with the game being in London. Its not much of an edge but IMO its no worse that if the game were in LA.
The Rams should win this game. They are the better team.
