I thought it was laughable back in July for anyone to predict 4-6 wins for this team after all the positive changes that had already been made.
Including the critical improvements in the entire coaching staff.
I’m including many, if not most pundits here, btw.
Events have proven that those of us that were more optimistic had a better read on the situation.
Some of us were predicting 10-6 way back in July. None of us sees any reason to back away from that right now. We’re 3 inches shy of a 5-1 record (Kupp miss vs Seahawks). And on track for an 11-5 season.
BTW, isn’t it reasonable to expect the O and the D to continue to improve as the players gel together? I sure think so. I see big improvement ahead for Goff, Watkins, Higbee, Everett, Joyner, and maybe Ebukam, just to name a few.
