TA is, as you say, a man without a position and coupled with his salary hit, makes no sense in the role he is playing. That said, $ is the big problem with Tavon. He can make plays and be effective. Obviously, I let him walk. If what he can secure on the open market is something reasonable, I would not rule out signing him back.
RQ is no longer dominant. His salary is way out of whack for what he is providing. He appears to be physically very limited and the way they are handling him in pre-season and now appears to support the notion that he is hurting in a way that isn't getting better (bad back etc).
Sammy. Man what a disappointment. The guy had a rep of being injury prone, not being lazy or someone who pouts. Hopefully he buys in in a hurry because he can be a huge asset. These last 2 weeks he has loafed in my opinion and that can't happen. It just can't. If you are a true pro, you can make mistakes but you make them at 100% not because your feelings are hurt.
Fortunately, I trust McVay to weed these people in or out as is necessary but Sammy provides a good test of that theory because he is like a shiny sports car with engine problems. Hard to let go if you think it still may work.
