Kicker was struggling too much to go for the 54-yarder on 2nd down. A miss there and you get what you get - game over. Rams wold probably have given them a 6-second 7-yd out.

And the truth is that if the Jags kick the FG and get the onside kick, obviously they'd close to midfield. One throw and a spike gives you some legit shots at the end zone, just like the Rams had last week. Don't need much time from 50-55 yds away.

Oh well!
