The Rams are still developing their identity... that might be contributing to the struggles.
I would like to see them attack the endzone more....throw more balls into the endzone. I feel like the last couple of weeks they have gotten a little cute down there.
But yes he can get it fixed... and if I know anything about him he is literally working on it right now. Lol

I think McVay is a learner. That;s a big compliment.
Anyway with Schott, part of that story is this. They didn't like the redzone offense in 2012 and so changed it over the bye. It was very good after that (except they couldn't run in the RZ back then, so I am just talking about the RZ passing offense.) So maybe with McVay, they can fix it at the bye after some review? He does have LaFleur and Olson to draw on.
