Yeah, that combine measurement is perplexing. I remember watching him at the combine and his arm looked as strong or stronger than Wentz when they threw side by side. And the combine numbers back that up. Wentz was measured at 57 mph.
I think maybe Goff is thinking more about giving his receivers a catchable ball and only drills it when he thinks he needs to.
I wouldn't be surprised if his arm get stronger with time as he gets bigger. Brady's arm definitely got strong from 2001 to 2007.
