I just dont think Goff was sharp and hes not seeing the entire field commiserate with the kind of protection hes getting.
IMO the better team did not win yesterday... the game was too big fo them though
2/3rd of the team - offense and special teams - played like absolute crap. -3 on turnovers. left a LOT of points off the board - at least FOUR times in the red zone (or very close to it) w/no points, including the last time.
We've seen too many performances along those lines the last many years. And the sinking feeling in the fans' guts was: That's who this team IS. Damn.
On Sunday the sinking feeling was: That's NOT who this team is. They can do so much better. Damn. (And STILL they almost won against a still-good Seahawks team.)
W/the distance of a day, that's a much better sinking feeling to have, if we've got to have one.
