He always looks for Kupp in clutch situations and everybody knows it, and by the way Kupp has not earned that. I like Cooper but he is not the "go to guy" yet, you have Sammy and Woods who are much better, I saw Kupp get tossed of the line of scrimmage he is a very good rookie receiver but for him to be Goff's safety valve is wrong and I think Sammy is getting frustrated.
