GSOT had a bunch of egg heads in the front office and didn't let Army run things and then he left.
Martz was a really good coach but he was terrible at uncovering talent and he has a huge ego which blinded him to his weaknesses.
McSnead is a great team. We finally have a good coach and GM who can find the type of talent the coach wants and needs.
