I don't think he has arrived yet and still has some seasoning and developing and bumps in the road ahead.
But he's got everything he needs to do well. Bill Walsh was once asked the secret behind the 9ers great drafts, and he said they looked for special traits and then just coached the guy to be more consistent. According to the Bill Walsh criteria, Goff has all the special traits he needs, but yes it is too soon to expect him to be consistent...yet. That's just a matter of time.
What we don't know yet is whether he;s a comeback kid.
