When Flacco's bad, he's really bad

A 12 passer rating!?! 28 yards pass in 3+ quarters. It's not all on him but that is not a good day at the office. I don't watch a lot of Ravens games but there is something weird about that offense through the years and Flacco seems to be the common denominator. OC's have come and gone, RB's, WR's...yet that offense still seems very inconsistent.
