Who has said that the fines are being waived, Esq? Far as we know, they still apply.
And I don't advocate going to the media re negotiations just yet. This could still have a very happy ending. Why needlessly ruffle feathers without gain?
AD and his agents now realize that they've overstepped with their demands. It's just a matter of time before AD extends.
