Good non-call, imo

I thought it was PI at first too. But Watkins briefly arm bars the CB and the CB briefly grabs Watkins arm. Without the initial arm bar, probably PI. With the arm bar, just letting the boys play. Although the refs were so horrible in that game, they probably didn't see any of it.
