The importantce of Intelligence--in being able to replicate success:These guys are intelligent and know where they are supposed to go. My worry on offense is the health of the O line and Goff....otherwise this is the 'start'.
Wood, Watkins, Kupp and EVerett are extremely NFL-smart players....and Goff had a 3.6 himself at Cal. As problems needs to be solved these guys will figure it out--Tavon never did (or Britt or Quick). THe last smart guys we had were SJax and AMendola (2012?)---oh, and Sammy boy....but they had no supporting cast (players or coaches)
