Don't forget the wide open ball to Kupp. That play was not as impressive because he was so wide open. But, understand what that play says to DCs:
Miss a coverage and Kupp can get deep and score. That matters. It WILL drive safeties deeper in coverage as DCs realize they have to deal with the long ball.
Then they will see the Sammy play and recognize how close it came to clicking.
It will take a little time to make DCs really believe. But once they do, all sorts of things will open up not only short but also medium and in the running game.
