Goff's preseason QB rating so far in 2017 playing with 1s and 2s vs. 2016 playing with 2s and 3s. This preseason isn't over yet and that number may very well come down. He has a lot to work on improving. But the improvement can't be denied- partly of course due to his own hard work and development. Partly better coaching, scheme and players around him.
