The point was that Dallas stacked everything to stop the run. And with 7 in the box the Rams couldn't run against a D stacked for the run. With 8 they were completely stuffed.
But I put a lot of that on Gurley. RBs have to sometimes make something out of nothing. Gurley seems to make nothing out of something too often.
My point is 7 in the box is not stacking it to stop the run, it's typically cover 2.
