I'm going to assume that this "source" is from Donald's camp.
I'll further assume that this is Donald's camp's last gambit to play in terms of getting a new deal prior to his inevitable return to the team in the next week. Rams should not overreact to this article, but instead, maintain the PR posture they've held over the past couple of months. As for the private negotiating...they should continue to operate in good faith.
