He should be our PERMANENT kick returner, period. He needs to "earn his keep".
He should be back on KO's, Punts for every game this entire pre season. Then, McVay needs to show on offense how he's going to use #11.
IMHO........And I was all for drafting #11........Tavon needs to prove to the Rams he's healthy and ready to play.....If not, then it may be time to move on.
