You know, I can remember watching Steve Young *trying* to play quarterback in Tampa Bay during those early years.
He looked totally and completely lost.
Let's see how this kid grows with all these new toys that Snead and McVay have put at his disposal.
The bottom line is, thanks to the remarkable overhaul that those two have done in such a short time in terms of skill position additions - Watkins; Kupp; Reynolds; Everett, et al - we're all going to know exactly where Goff is by the end of the season. And whether it will be necessary to look for someone else behind center ... or feel confident that this kid is on his way.
Considering I had ... and still have ... no illusions about the Rams winning a Super Bowl this year ... that's a pretty good scenario, as far as I'm concerned.
