This stuff about how awful our oline looked is simply incorrect.
The starting oline had one foopah (Brown's whiff) that got Gurley stuffed. Outside of that, they did a good job. I'd give the run blocking a c to c+, and the pass blocking a b to b+.
Certainly as the game wore on and the deeper we reached into the oline depth, the efficiency dropped off.
But any sense that the Dallas Dline had their way with the Rams oline is just incorrect.
Let me point out two important things:
1) This was Dallas's SECOND game. They had a lot more practice and game time than the Rams coming into this.
2) Every Rams unit beat the corresponding Dallas unit or at least played to a draw: 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
Goff looked just fine and Mannion looked much better than what some of these local yokal pretender sports writers have been saying. The ONLY one that has any semblance of credibility in my eyes is Vinny B. That blonde bobble-head doll for the Times belongs doing morning show TV or something. Gad she's awful. Aden Gonzalez knows zip; he only knows to criticize stuff he knows nothing about.
